Very spacious apartment with a large (24 m²) balcony. The apartment lies on a slope with the entrance next to the street on the ground floor, and an entrance on the 1st floor on the balcony side. There are no steps leading to the apartment, and it can be accessed by wheelchair. The living room, kitchen and balcony face the south and offer a wonderful view of the Brohltal valley and Olbrück Castle. Blinds are provided for shade on the balcony, if you wish.
