- on 25 December, a Christmas breakfast followed by a walk through the charming countryside, for example to the Sankelmarker See (lake) or a trip to Husum. Guests receive a voucher for a free coffee in the partner hotel in Husum. Then at 19:00 there is an evening dinner buffet at 19:00 and the Galerie Lounge opens at 21:30 for Christmas cocktails

- on 31 December, a gala evening beginning with an aperitif at 18:30, followed by a 6-course gourmet menu with corresponding wines, mineral water and a Nordic coffee speciality. At midnight, each guest receives half a bottle of Serge Mathieu Cuvée Tradition champagne
- on 01 January, a hot/cold brunch buffet
